    Ja sam danas bio u super mario mode-u. Odradio sam klasican trening snage pa mi je po isteku treninga u gym upao poznanik koji inace trenira full contact i uradih uz njega jos njegov "borilacki" trening + blagi "sparing" sa njim. Sparing je jaka rijec ali neka bude ta u nedostatku druge... U svakom slucaju popio 2 andola preventivno po dolasku kuci

    300 obaveza danas do naveče,+ spremanje,čišenje+gosti ali sam ipak tih 55min odvojio da odradim WO kako treba,završio tačno prije sat.

    Uh zlatom bih platio da mogu leći u normalno vrijeme i dizat se u svitanje...a samo treba da se zainatim i promijenim tajming koji praktilkujem više od 4 decenije.

    Kafu uz svitanje,i trenig,aaa ništa bolje!

    Ti si ko Ronaldo, meni se čini. On đeci daje sladoled, ali samo ako će ga potrošit na traci za trčanje odmah iza.

    Imam kolegu sto lijeze u 9, ustaje oko 4, i u teretanu je u 5, evo 20 godina.
    Sve je to lijepo, ali lijegat u 9 je bas rano

    U 9 je prerano,ja bih bio prezadovoljan kad bih zaspao oko 11 i da ustanem eto oko 6,može i 7,to bi mi bilo idealno kad počnu one rerne gadne

    Čitam nešto pa mi zapade "Mobilnost nije samo koliko se zglob može pasivno pomeriti. Mobilnost je opseg koji vam vaš nervni sistem dozvoljava da kontrolišete.
    Vaš mozak stalno procenjuje pokrete kroz zaštitne mehanizme.
    Centralni nervni sistem reguliše kretanje na osnovu percipirane bezbednosti.
    Mišićna vretena prate dužinu mišića i brzinu promene.
    Goldžijevi organi tetive prate napetost u tkivu.
    Zajedno odlučuju da li je opseg pokreta bezbedan za pristup. Zbog toga pasivno istezanje često stagnira.

    Ako pasivno dostignete položaj, ali tamo ne možete da proizvedete silu, mozak klasifikuje taj opseg kao nestabilan i ograničava mu pristup.

    Kada aktivno skraćujete mišiće i stvarate silu u skraćenom položaju:
    - mozak istovremeno prima motorički izlaz i senzorne povratne informacije.
    - nervni sistem ažurira svoju unutrašnju mapu položaja.
    - opseg postaje kontrolisan.

    Rezultat je prošireni aktivni opseg pokreta. Ne zato što tkivo iznenada postaje duže, već zato što nervni sistem sada dozvoljava taj opseg." Isto je neđe ovako i sa mislima, emocijama.

    Nego o.t. izmasakrirah se ove dvije nedelje sa ovim, nije loše uopšte e sad mi slijedi izazov 2 nedelje treninga bez, već kriziram vidjećemo oću li izdržat
