    Prvi put spremam supu (ne računam one iz kesica)

    Ćureći bataci (domaći), 3 šargarepe, glavica luka, celer, peršun, kašika vegete i soli.
    Ostavih na šporet od drva da se krčka na tihoj vatri.
    Recept je neđe sa interneta. Oće li valjat viđećemo.

    Vegeta suvišna, mi se davimo ovih dana od supe sa knedlama, nasjecka se povrća, bače se dva bataka da primi supa masnoću i knedli naravno tona mora bit (đeca obožavaju), posoli se po potrebi kasnije kako ko voli i gazi

    @pauki samo naprijed, ne možeš propasti.

    Preferiram da luk bude isjeckan, a i šargarepa i da se ona stavi pred kraj da se ne raskuva, ali to ti je basic i dalje možeš šta oćeš.

    Vegetu ako neko baš insistira i to natur. Mnogo bolja opcija je suvo povrće Mediterano, ili sam iskckaš luk, poriluk, šargarepu, celer... na pek papir u rernu preko noći na 60 stepeni.

    Evo nastavak
    Pola sata krčkalo od kad proključa

    Onda se procijedi i opet stavi na šporet. Kad proključa šargarepu isjeckati na kolutove i dodati paštu.
    5 minuta da se pašta skuva na kraj šporeta,po želji dodati još peršuna. I to je to.
    Supa gotova:



    Što se bataka tiče sad će sa krompirom u rernu da se zapeku i dosta za danas.

    P.S. Supa odlična za prvi put i više nego sam očekivao.

    Nijesam ni sumnjala.

    Drugi put u prvu vodu stavi samo koru od povrća (celera, paštrnaka... prethodno ga dobro opereš) i luk crni i bijeli ako ne voliš sjeckano, a kad procijediš bujon dodaj mu biber i so. Šargarepa i pašta na kraju, kao i peršun svježi. Suvi na početku...

    Krompir standardno aleva paprika i malo začina
    I malo domaće slanine da pusti mast.



    Još da sam zamijesio domaći hleb bilo bi top al šta da se radi...

    Hahahahahaha, a ne staj mi na muku moj Joni. Kako koja ljepsa polovina dodje tako se mijenjaju tanjiri, serpe, lonci i poklopci.

    Ovi iz Temasa, Tefala itd trebaju za kuma da me zovnu.

    Jagnjeći but (Jevrić skoro isključivo), juneća plećka (zavisi đe utrefim, voli/franca/jevrić), taman neđe pola-pola. Meso suvo ko barut- legitimiše se da je svježe i prije no ga omirišeš, one zločince od mesara strijeljam na mjesto kad probaju da mi maknu ono mrsno bijelo s njega


    Senf, med, čitava pomorandža iscijeđena ona mirisna sočna, aćeto balsamiko, vegeta, morska so, čili malo, aleva mrvu više, biber, majčina dušica, ulje. Dobro izmiješano, na sobnu temperaturu par sati- ovako suvo meso odma povuče, onda frižider, shjutra ujutro u kotlić.
