Yoga defines itself as a science--that is, as a practical, methodical, and systematic discipline or set of techniques that have the lofty goal of helping human beings to become aware of their deepest nature.
A evo sta se zapravo desilo. I ti nemozesh dokazati da se tome djetetu nije desilo upravo isto sto i Budhi.

I was living on the bank of the Neranjara River, engaged in deep struggle, practicing meditation with all my strength in the effort to find freedom. Then Mara came up to me and started talking in words, appearing to be full of sympathy: “You are so thin and pale,” he said. “You must be nearly dead. It would be far better to live. You could do much good by leading a holy life.”

Ali Budhu, koliko se sjecam iz price koju sam procitao, nije nahranio Maara (Djavo koji se jako zabrinuo bio z anjega u gornjem tekstu), nego neka djevojka koja prolazila tudije i sazalila se na njega i dala mu parce hljeba.
