    Pošto sebe nikako da natjeram da počnem sa treningom, našao sam zamjenu, mislim dovoljno dobru. A to su krampa, lopata, kolica i... Ima posla oko sređivanja dvorišta i onda računam da mi je to dobar trening

    Ja nikako da se nakanim da se vratim teretani ali zato svaki dan evo mjesec ipo (baš svaki dan) doma odradim s bućicama trening za ruke, ramena, odradim sklekova, trbušnjaka, korigovao ishranu drastično i rezultati zbilja dođoše, spustih se ispod 100kg prvi put posle 15 godina čini mi se i jače. Poručio i neki protein i kreatin koji ću pit svako jutro kao doručak uz maline/ovsene itd, ima brdo recepata (uzeh ovaj portable blender), uglavnom zadovoljan skroz.

    Ja nešto kreatin ne mogu, probah zimus i batalih ga, a vele valja za sve i svašta i za glavu čak
    Ne sviđa mi se efekat, snagu mi malo digne, ali sve u svemu eto vi ga tamo
    Pravi mi recimo razliku, minornu, što sam smanjila unos žumanca nećete vjerovati, pa ga ostavim za sos, čorbu ili đeci dam sa šećerom

    Ubaci neke visezglobne tzv compound vjezbe, npr 3 puta nedeljno full body 6-7 vjezbi i na konja si.
    S njima ces postic mnogo jaci efekat od izolacionih vjezbi. Izolacione ubacis ako imas vremena jos jedan trening nedeljno, pa da se vidi raskosni biceps i triceps
