Don't believe in the stories your mind tells you during down moments. Down times will pass. And when you're feeling better, you'll self-reflect and learn important lessons. You will come out the other side of this more magical than ever. New ideas will come. And opportunities will flow again. Give yourself permission to feel what you feel. But don't believe in the negative perspectives that can accompany down moments. Those perspectives are not who you are, and when you don't subscribe to them, they'll pass before you know it.
