    Pavlaka za kuvanje da ublaži sve.Luk bijeli obavezno.

    Ali, vrganj, smrčak i lisičarka bomba da zaokruži sve.

    Jes ili mozes pri kraju da stavis lonac preko i isparavanjem dobijes slicni efekat, ja tako radim jer za jaja koristim bas malo ulja (a neki dodaju vise ulja pa prelivaju jaja)

    Main dish...ramstek mid rare sa pireom i rukolom.

    Dezert...sladoled od vanile sa kandiranim kumkvatom, ili sto bi mi u CG rekli fortunelom.

    Kobasicu samo stavis na vruć tiganj i dodaš malo vode, na kraj voda ispari a kobasica se uprži u svoju mast.

    Jaja staviš na malo masnoće, vruć tiganj, onda dospeš mrvu vode i poklopiš, držiš dok ti žumanca ne budu po volji, skloniš poklopac i pustiš još malo, i to je to.

    Elem, svaka istinska Leskovačka mućkalica počinje gomilom biranog povrća, biranog mesa, dobrim ognjem i mirisnim bukovim ćumurom, plus kojom grančicom lozovine/kajsije/trešnje/treslovine po njemu. Pa sve po redu

    Šampinjone bih bukvalno uz sve živo mogao, tamanim ih redovno samo tako.

    Za večeru ih izgrilovah na maslacu, malo soli i bibera i na kraju parmezana preko njih. Zasiti me fino za večeru a bez leba i ičega drugog

    Варијанту коју ја таманим је уз шампињоне пропржит црни и бијели лук, на пола кувања двије три кашике овог соса, посебно Lea&Perrins ако га има иђе.

    Не бојим се вражјега кота, нека га је ка' на гори листа, но се бојим од зла домаћега!

    Probajte momci lisičarke ili druge šumske pečurke poput vrganja i smrčka, nećete se pokajati. Imaju i svježe bukovače viđeh u Voli.
    Aromatičnije su ukusnije i bogatije.

    Ja za sjutra večeras sarmu.

    Ima sigurno.

    Probaj i oyster sos nije Heinz neki proizvoda sa Tajlanda.Meni je on za pečurke odliičan ima blago kiselkasto i jedva primjetno slatkasti ukus.Pravi se od ostriga kovanim u soja sosu.
    (u Aziji se ta kombinacija koristi zbog "umami" ukusa)
