    Men' se čini da se đavo maka ne prodaje ništa, viđeh preko instagrama neko ludačko spuštanje cijena sa 150k na 130k za neki stan u BD. Kakvo je stanje u PG, zna li se što?

    Zna, u krv skupo. Svi prodaju, ali uporno ne kapiram ko kupuje to sve. 90% naroda kuka kako se mjesec sklapa jedva kraj sa krajem, a ovamo svi kupuju nešto stanove itd...

    Aj neka to, nego na neku foru ne mozes ni neku zemlju naci za krstene pare. Eno metar zemlje u Pavino polje ispod 20-25e nije, isto kao u Zetu...

    Kum u Kokote kod Camović otpada 80e kvadrat. 1300m2 malo preko 100 hiljada za plac onamo. Nevjerovatno.

    Kod mene u Danilovgrad se doseljavaju od Nk, Savnika, Zabljaka a skuplje prodaju tamo okle bjeze, negoli je odje

    Pa ja ne znam, zale se ljudi kako niko nece poljoprivredom da se bavi a kamenjare prodaju za milione. Ja i zena smo htjeli da se vratimo na selo, al dzabe kad ja 3 mjeseca trazim bar 3000-4000 kvadrata i najjeftinija cijena koju sam nasao je 10e/m2, i to imanje pola u brdo, pola suma, bez puta vode struje

    Stanovi su preskupi , čak i sa skokom plata i to mi je logično al da 90% jedva sklapa kraj s krajem baš sumnjam.

    A Bgmi vise ni u prigracka mjesta ne mozes nac za 100k eura dvosoban , a ne Preko Morace ...

    zadnji stan 100k eura sto sa vidjeo preko morace je bilo prije 5 godina

    Dvosoban, normalan 60-70m2 je sad lagano 150-200k.
    Na primorje je to 200-250k.
    Ni da kucu u ameriku kupujem od 200kvadrata i dvoristem.

    Ja sam upravo uzeo u Bd, na Prijevor 73kv uz mukotrpne pregovore po 1500e/kv. Izdejstvovao sam jedva na tu cijenu. Preskocio agencije i preskocio sve zivo da spustim cijenu na moje koliko sam mogao da se pruzim.

    Moze se naci kad iskoci nedje nesto ali to bas mora biti odmah, jer je meni iskocio pa sam pregovarao i kad sam dosao na moje odmah ugovor i kaparu. Jer se vec zvalo u veliko.

    Kako si trazio/nasao stan - preko oglasa klasika (tender, FB marketplace) ili drukcije?

    Ne moze se coek od agencija okrenuti, svaki oglas je agencija. Jos se neki iz istih kao nesto ljute kad im coek kaze da im cijena nekretnine ne odgovara stanju iste, i nabroji sve nedostatke. Ne znam jesu li mozda navikli da ljudi bacaju pare.
