    Odradih trening posle 2 god pauze zbog povreda raznih...nisu ni povrede toliko trajale ali se kanim od ljetos da pocnem.
    Da me ne raznese jaka upala trening je morao biti laksi i kraci - zgibovi 6 serija po 6 ponavljanja, u super seriji sa tricepsom na raznim sajlama, 3 serije nizeg veslanja na sajli 7-8 ponavljanja i 3 serije trbusnjaka po 20-25 otprilike.
    Tu ide andol prije i posle treninga, ali nisam imao pa samo 1 posle.

    Sad u sledeca dva treninga da uklopim noge/ramena i grudi/biceps.
