    Ihhh moze tako a moze i malo u žar a pored toga krtole pod korom sa sirom iz mjesine + maslinovo ulje i domace crno vino.

    Hvala na predlozima ko bi rekao da si primorac sem ove stavke maslinovog ulja.A moram priznati, izgleda da je meni najbolje ovako polusušeno nikakvi tretmani.No ostalima će pasti neki od tih recepata.Prosto mi žao i na žar da ga bacim.

    Маринада испала за десетку. Маслиново уље, чесан, нана, ружмарин, лимун, со, бибер...у блендер. Најмање 4 уре да маринира. Јагњетина као путер.

    Drugi put razbij jaja u teću, umuti, pa u tiganj. Uzmeš viljušku i s njom svo vrijeme "podiži i razmazuj" jaja da ti se napravi lijepa sočna kajgana, neće ti biti suva i s koricom. Ne znam jesam li lijepo objasnila ka što umijem lijepo napraviti al eto

    Zato što su mene tako naučili pa ne dovodim u pitanje a možda i zato što viljuška ima proreze pa kroz nju to fino "propada". Inače kroz lokale ne nude kajganu ili ako je i imaju donesu ti omlet. Valjda im se zalijepi za onu ploču pa im muka guzici da čiste ili stvarno pojma nemaju...
