    Imam jos mjesec i po-2 da dodjem do 20%bf, sto je nesto pristojno.

    Vidjecemo koji su planovi za zimu, ali bih mozda krenuo putem do 15%bf, dobar drug je personalni trener, pa s njim lakse dolazim do rezultata.

    Uglavnom, "cista" ishrana, disciplina treninga, spavanje 8 sati, bez alkohola i drugih toksina, i sve je moguce

    Pauza od 6 dana zbog jedne blesavospecifichne situacije...i ne da sam odradio trening prelagano,no radeci sklekove imao sam osjecaj da mogu josh stotine da uradim

    Prvi put probao geršlu u životu,i dopala mi se i dobio josh jednu porciju i upravo odradih vrhunski trening iako mi je danas bio rest day

    PUN energije,a chitam sad to je puno proteina

    79kg, bf na 22%, 3kg masti manje od septembra.
    Jos mi fali 2kg masti da skinem(vjerovatno novembar i decembar, uz disciplinu, zimi je najteze ), i dolazim na bf 20%, i onda mogu na jacu ishranu i jos jaci trening sa tezinama, da dobijem jedno 3-4kg misica i dodjem na 80-81kg

    Juće radeći po kući me je dobro presjeklo kod krsti i dalje boli,ali to nije razlog da upravo sad ne zavrshim full trening
