    Jeste,genetika,ili shto vec..mada bih mozda trebao nekih 3,4 kg nabacit,no to mi nije problem.
    Uglavnom znam recimo da se jednog dana razbijem od hrane,i slatkog i svega,a voće inache non stop jedem u velikim kolichinama,i tako 1 dan se recimo bash prejedem,sledeca 2,3 dana mi ne pada napamet,

    Podsjeti me dok sam trenirao u teretanu, jedan momak me svako malo nudio preworkout, pa sam mu morao reci ti kad ga ne uzmes ne mozes trenirati, a ja mogu kad ocu na suvo

    Bio mi drug s fameljom danas a bas je vruce bilo, vele a dje ovo je ladovina pri Pg

    Na vr' gasa danas. Malo vrtio s tegovima na noge, koji trbusni, propadanje. Puna kapa. Sjutra ce neki hike lagani..

    Danasnje mjerenje na Technogym Check up, poslije 2 i po mjeseca treniranja i redukovane ishrane, sa 90 na 84kg, body fat % sa 33 na 27, 6kg masti skinuo, misicna masa se neznatno povecala...
    Idem jos makar 5-6kg masti da skinem u narednim mjesecima i dodam koje kilo misica, da vidimo kako ce 20% body fat da izgleda

    4 nedelje kasnije, sa 84 na 82kg, masti -3kg, misic +1kg.
    Body fat % sa 27.3, na 24.5%.
    Racunam da u naredna 2 mjeseca stizem na 20%bf
    Aktivnih 111 dana teretane i setnje... ishrana 1/1 sa masu proteina 2gr po kilu tezine.

    Pumpa pumpa hahah. Moram pohvaliti Mojsija, i upozoriti ga, tezi dio ide nakon sto postigne cilj

    Misterija zvana ljeto. Pretpostavljam da najjace treniram u ljeto jer imam nizak pritisak. Usporio sam zadnji period, ali nisam bio neaktivan. Jedna vrata su se otvarala u zidu debljine 80cm, a alat je mogao biti malo bolji, i bilo je malo tegljenja
