    @Buva+gacce pošto ti imaš morski - izraz ja imam - šumski a tipičan predstavnik šumskog ukusa danas na tanjiru njegovo carstvo - smrčak. Uz pančetu i špinat.
    Ananas mi vazda dođe kao neutralizator/kontra sa slatkoćom kod jakih stvarčica kao smrčka.

    Ozbiljna priča.

    A đe nabavljaš smrčak i vrganj?Ja uzeh od nekog proizvođača iz sela Zenica/Pljevlja nisam ni znala da imaju selo pod tim nazivom smrznut kad se otopi kao da je svjež a sušeni je daleko jači i intenzivniji na ukusu i mirisu no mi ovaj ovako "nasamo" bez mesa više odgovara.

    REskiram često, stavim supu na tiho i prošetam se, obavim šta imam, i tako te kuvane klope i pečenja.

    Najgori je trip kad nešto staviš da se skuva, odeš, pogledaš kako je lijep dan, kreneš, i neđe se na semafore kreneš pitati jesi li ostavio na 8-micu ili na 2-ku? Pa trči doma

    I meni je frka bilo šta da ostavim na šporet/rernu ali nije frka noću zaginem počesto do kasno idealno za juneće supice.Ovo Buvino bi pala u iskušenje oko dva dok nije još ni gotovo da maznem.I on se probudi a ja velim jesi ti čuo za kaliranje.

    Yeeeeeeeee, pošto nisam zapalio kuću, brzinski samo



    2 vrste krtoie, 4 vrste luka, glavica češnjaka ujedno, paprika ona crvena, sočna slatka, sušeni paradajz gomila (ali ne onaj iz tegle kiseli), bundeva muskatna, suvog vrganja dosta, smrčka malo samo (da ne preuzme jelo), malo celera, sušene maline dosta, i poneko zrno bijelog grožđa slatkog



    Krčkalo oko sedam sati na 150C poklopljeno, kad prohladi kosti se samo rukom izvade (idu kao iz putera), ne bojte se tamne pokorice- unutra pršti od sokova, i da, teško se reže- jer se topi meso, pa je lakše prstima

    Nije da je jednom nisi umalo zapalio nego nećemo o flambiranju.
    Nego da ti dignem ego ovo je da se postidi svaki restoran.Wow

    I jedno pitanje bacih se na razmišljanje da pečurke pojačam u meniju na uštrb mesa a ti pomenu juče Kolašin jel to neki proizvođač ili privatne veze?Ako je proizvođač može preporuka?Mislim ovi iz Pljevalja su kul sinoć sam bila više nego zadovoljna smrčkom no valja istražiti.
