    Evo sam i ja tri dana za redom kuvar...

    Prekjuče vrat i bataci

    Juče pastrmka i 2 pljeskavice (imamo jednog člana familije koji baš ne voli ribu)

    Danas pasulj u kotlić. Prvo kobaje na žar da se ispeku da dobiju šmek koji će dati poseban ukus pasulju..

    pa se onda ubače u kotlić


    Sad će brzo zaprška, da se odvoji za djecu dio a onda ostatak da se malo zaljuti i da se jede

    Ja volim da pecem pilence na nisko temperaturi podugo, kad je izvadim ona se topi i ne treba ti noz....a znam da kad bata i karabatak, bez kosti, pečem na roštilju, treba poprilino vremena u odnosiu na druga mesa....piletina mora da bude pečena, ona bas ne treba da bude lak ni oko kosti "živa"...ostala mesa mogu da se jedu malo manje pečena ili neka čak i tek zapečena, ali pile, no, no

    Sva živina u principu mora biti well done što vele, zbog salmonele. Svinjetina isto zbog trihineloze, a kravu brateeee, samo prošetaj dva kruga oko roštilja, kolji i serviraj
