    Lupa jadan bezveze pa sta pogodi.

    Najbolje je izduvavanje uz moracu 3-4 brzina na 3-3,5 rpm auto prodise posle.

    Pa meni ovaj majstor rece izmedju 2,5-3..pa jedno 10 ak minuta tako,samo sto odje ni za to puta nema,po sata sam izgubio,put Vuk petrol pumpe,patrole na svako 2 km..Probacu to,da ga ocistim i vratim,pa cu ga s vremena na vrijeme na otvoreno izbacati..Al mi se realno ogadio dizel,turbine,dizne,zamajci.partikularni,ma uzas..

    Prerequisites (General):

    • Ignition ON
    • Engine ON (Idle)
    • Coolant Temperature above 50 °C (see MVB 002.4)
    • Particle Filter Load below Specification (see MVB 075.3, VCDS should give the specified value)
      • If the Particle Filter Load is above Specification the Particle Filter needs to be replaced since the car may burn down when regenerating.

    • Power Consumers ON (Light, Seat Heating, Front/Rear Window Heater, Climate Control)

    Conditions (Driving Cycle):

    • Vehicle Speed between 30-60 km/h (18-37 MPH)
    • Engine Speed between 1500-2500 RPM (4th or 5th Gear, Automatic Transmission in Tiptronic)
    • Duration approx. 15-20 Minutes
    • Exhaust Gas Temperature before Turbo Charger above 700 °C

    Drive the car based on the above conditions until the Particle Filter Load is as low as possible (close to 0 %). In case the regeneration fails there can either be problems with the Driving Cycle Conditions or with the Engine Hardware.[Select]

    [Coding-II - 11]

    • Enable Regeneration by Entering 21295.

    [Do It!]
    [Meas. Blocks - 08]
    Select both Groups at once 070 and 075.
    [Go!]
    MVB 070.1: Regeneration Status (xxxxxxx1 = Normal Regeneration active, xxxxxx1x = Forced Regeneration active)
    MVB 070.3: Regeneration Counter/Timer
    MVB 075.1: Exhaust Gas Temperature before Turbo Charger
    MVB 075.2: Exhaust Gas Temperature before Particle Filter
    MVB 075.3: Particle Filter Load
    MVB 075.4: Exhaust Gas Temperature after Particle Filter
    Now Start the Driving Cycle and keep watching the Measuring Blocks (2nd Person required).

    Treba da se edukujete a ne da lupetate, nemojte mi pricat pricu nekog majstora iz 18. vijeka.
    Ako nekome treba objasnjenje zasto treba da bude load sto manji, pitajte, objasnicu vam.


    Inace vise sam ja radio rejuvenacija i regeneracija nego sto ste vi vidjeli auta sa DPF-om.
    Zadnji mi je bio prije par dana, Golf VI 1.6 TDI, uzmite users manual, tamo imate objasnjeno za brzinu i broj obrtaja, vidite sto pise pa mi javite.

    Nekad sam i ja mislio da treba na što veće obrtaje, i tako pokusavao raditi al citah onda na dosta foruma da je 2.5 maksimum

    1. Pasivna regeneracija-Auto put uslovi,temperatura u DPF potrebna za spaljivanje čađi se postiže usled viših obrtaja motora.Nije neophodna intervencija ECU.
    2. Aktivna regeneracija-ECU,na osnovu podataka sa senzora raznih,"zaključuje" da je potrebna regeneracija,i vještački ubrizgava više goriva u motor,da bi se postigla temperatura potrebna za spaljivanje čađi.

    Moze da se provali po povisenom broju obrtaja,na leru,i po karakteristicnom mirisu iz auspuha. Kad je sve ok,nema lampica nikakvih.
    Ovo kod gradske voznje vecinom. Kad ga sprzis neđe na put ne osjetis kad se radi regeneracija.

    Maksimalno sam zadovoljna brzinom interneta kod vas!

    Konkretno na moj Audi A6, rpm je blizu 1000, auto ima bolji odziv na gas (dizne ubrizgavaju vecu kolicinu goriva radi postizanja vece temperature izduvnih gasova), BC pokazaje da saltas nizu brzinu umjesto vise (trazi veci rpm, zadovoljan je sa 1800/2000), potrosnja u leru povecana na BC,u slucaju da ga ugasis dok radi regeneraciju, ventilator hladnjaka motora ce raditi neko vrijeme i to dosta velikom brzinom da bi ohladio motorni prostor. Kad primjetim da se to desava, izadjem van grada i vozim ga oko 2000 rpm (stavim tempomat i vozim 3 ili cetvrtom u zavisnosti od ogranicenja) i dovoljno mu je nekih 10tak minuta da se vrati u normalu.

    Ja sam se okinuo prvi put kad ugasih auto a ventilator radio 10ak minuta.. Zvah 2-3 majstora svi rekose ne brini to je radio regeneraciju.

    Aj objasni meni. Ne sumnjam da bolje znas, ali kvaka regeneracije je u tome da se postigne velika temp izduvnih gasova da bi se procistio, realno je onda da se to lakse postize na vece rpm, ne?

    Sad sam gledao na youtube,servis neki u Bg koji bas to radi,golf 6,na 1.7-1.8 mu drzi obrtaje i tako ga sagorjeva..Tako da prije ce biti da ovi nasi majstori su malo dodali,kao uvijek..
