Default Looking for House to Buy

Im looking for some people to help with a game Im currently developing. The team and game are in very early stages of development. So far we have me Lead developer, and Leval Designer and one other person 3d/2d artist and concept artist. We are planning on making a survival horrorish game set in a post nuclear Armageddon world.EDIT: New detailsHere are the basic details so far:The game takes place after world war three, the world has been reduced to a waist land. The lands are ruled by gangs, thugs, creatures, and mutants created by the nuclear radiation. Youre gang has been at war with another gang for quite some time, that is until one day they just disappear. Youre group takes this as a victory and celebrates its long awaited piece... that is until the same thing begins to happen to youre gang. Now you must unravel the mystery behind the mysterious disappearances and find out what really lies benith the waist lands. That is the basic plot for the game. It will be a single player third person action/survival horror/mystery game. The game will be liner with a few areas to explore to find clues and other hidden secrets. Combat will mostly be melee with stuff like pipes and axes, and once in a while the player will come across a gun or two but they will have to use the ammo wisely. That is what we have so far, the end result may be different from what is stated above. We are looking for anyone with any skill leval, as long as you are over 13 and live in canada or usa. This is not a paying job at the moment, but depending on how things go that might change. So, if youre interested in one of the positions listed bellow, post a replie or pm or send me an email me with youre email and example work if you want to.We are currently looking for:-Scripter/Programmer-2D artist-3D artist-Concept artist-Leval Designer Here is a sample of a website I developed for express payday loan

Sorry if you arrived here in Monty on a rainy and gloomy day. Things are moving forward here at least. In France and any western country, there is nothing left to be done. The only thing left is recession. Cool! You want to go there, go!! Here you have dozen of new projects, infrastructure works going on everywhere, life, opportunities, and the sun is back again. OK, a few small projects are on hold because of the credit crunch, normal. But Go to France, and you are sure to be depressed, but not only 2 months in a year. And taxed, taxed taxed...

Anyway, if you want to think on a medium to long term basis, Monty is the best place. If you don't believe this, walk out, and come back in 5 years... I bet you'll kick yourself! :blah:
Oh hell yes. It's much smarter to buy in Montenegro, which is looking forward to decades of solid economic growth, than in Western Europe, which can only look backwards towards the glory days of it's past.

France is for taxes and riots.

I've been to France and done some work there, but the closest I've come to living in France was living in Eindhoven (.nl) and Vienna (.at).

My ancestors were Irish on my fathers side and Swiss, Belgian, and a little French on my mothers side.

I was born in the U.S., I live in Singapore, and I'm buying a house near the Bay of Kotor.

I am entranced by the idea of buying a house with a dock directly on the water, but that may not happen. The wife wants a place with a big kitchen and that may drive the decision more than any other factor.

Ah ok,you've been around a lot then
The market is dead at the moment, has been for 2 years, you should be able to drive a real hard bargain,at least 35>40% off late 2007 prices if the seller is desperate to sell.
I love kotor bay, some of the old towns are beautiful set against the backdrop of the mountains & apart from late july & august it's not too crowded.
Best of luck in finding your dream place
    Cheers

It depends on what's being offered. My budget is flexible and I've been looking for quite a while. A lot of the prices are ridiculous because the vendor doesn't really want to sell, just hoping someone might actually be stupid enough to pay out.

Hi! I'd like to move to Montenegro from Russia for a long time.
I've found some url's with offers, but, as far i understood after reading this tipic, the prices are to high from the real price.

Actually, I'd like to byu a stan but it is very expensive to get it at BD, rather then at CT (bd and ct...cool! i've learned some words in montenegrian) for example.

Please recomend me where to buy a stan? I'd like to spend less of money, but have a chance to get to the sea qiuck enough :emmersed:. The stan I'm looking for is for my wife, son and me. That's why površina must be greater than 30m2.

My wife & I are going to work at Budva (may be). She is an amazing frizer, stilista, nokte dizajner, I'm a computer engineer. So working in a village is not profitable.

Schools, universities and kindergardens are welcome.

One man here told me it is foolish to work in BD and live out there beacuse of fuel cost (i want to buy a car)
how do people usually get from one point to another in the city? do the use a car, bicycle, public transport or feet?

    thank you for any help

p.s. my budget for a stan is nearly 45000 eur. going to look around this summer, and to move to Monty in jan 2013

    Hi Balkanbabe,

If you are still interested in buying a house on coast, I would recommend you my house in Petrovac, a small elite to a town not far from Budva. I have no agency, I am the owner of the house 1 / 1 and three times I lowered the price of the house, since the crisis began so real, unlike many who hold the price as if I were in 2008 and the time the Russians. This is the site:

    http://www.nekretnine365.com/nekretn...ra/listing-ku% 26% 23262% 3Ba% 2B-% 2Bpetrovac-7378.html

Price is not fixed, we can absolutely agree to everything because I was really willing to sell as opposed to others with unrealistic prices. There is the possibility of selling one or two floors of the house, everything has a separate entrance- If you are interested, send me a message on the forum or e-mail address [email protected].

    Best regards
