maybe u should say "to teach montenegrian" instead of "to learn montenegrian" ...

No, they used the right word. Since they are not from Montenegro, and want to learn our language, instead of teaching it.
However, I am looking for someone who can work with my kids and teach them English. I could but I don't have the nerves for it, and also I feel really weird speaking in English when no one else around me speaks it.
