    Evo recepta:

    Kotlete lososa posloite, krupna morska so. I pobiberite malo.
    Stavite u dublju sdjelu, naliju se maslinovim uljem da ih prekrije.
    U to stavite dosta sitno nasjeckanog persuna i bijeloga luka. Ovo ja napravim rano ujutro da mi do rucka stoji u frizideru, pokriveno prozirnom folijom.

    Pred rucak krompir isjecete na cetvoro, ja uibacim u onu staklenu Pyrex tepsiju, glavicu luka narezete, koji mrkvu, vegete i izmijesate. Preko na vrh stavite losos, a ono ulje i persun i bijeli luk proliete preko, a zdjelu sa malo tople vode promuckate i to pospete u tepsiju.

    Pece se u ugrijanoj rerni na 250 stepeni. Jednom mozda okrenete kotlete i izmijesate krompir.

    Pekao sam za ručak las-kare u rerni istovremeno s krompirima, ali u odvojenim posudama. Mnogo mi je ukusnije nego u tavi, plus ostane sočno i mekano. Tu su još bili kupus i mrkva kao vitaminski dekor

    @Starwalker, meso izgleda savrseno. Mozes li sa nama, mladim domacicama , podijeliti tajne pripreme mesa u rerni, odnosno kako si spremao ove snicle?

    Ništa specijalno. Potrefio sam na lijepo svježe i čisto meso (da nije prošarano masnoćom), istukao, marinirao u ulju i začinima i ostavio nekoliko sati u frižideru. Stavio šnicle i začinjeni krompir u odvojene vatrostalne posude u rernu i pekao na 200°C do željenog izgleda. Šnicle su bile gotove 10 minuta ranije, pa su izvađene prije krompira.

    Dobra stvar je što rerna zadrži mirise i paru pa meso ostane mekano, sočno i ukusno.

    A i kuhinja je pošteđena prskanja i mirisa prženja.

    Danas samo supica, tj.neka čorba od planinskih pečuraka.

    ja danas pastrmku, kako sam se najela, lose mi je. al zato kad perem rostilj iz temasa, svaki put se podsjetim kako se nisam pokajala sto sam ga kupila.

    Juče novi eksperiment, opet uspješan.

    Marinirana juneća rebra.

    Premazao ih vele prije dobro sa sosom koji sam napravio od sitno sjeckanog bijelog luka, bbq sosa, chili sosa, tucane ljute paprike, meda, soli, bibera i malo vegete. Ostavi se da prenoći u kesu da se ne cijedi i pekao sjutra na 150° preko tri sata prekrivene alu folijom (nije moglo stati u pekač). Nakon toga sklonio foliju premazao dodatno BBQ sosom i pekao još sat vremena.

    Kad se iznijelo na sto kosti su se prelagano odvajale od mesa (bukvlano povučeš rulom i kost sama izađe uz minimalno pridržavanje mesa, a što je najbitnije baš je bilo ukusno. Pojelo se masu, a osjećaja težine u stomaku nije bilo. Ono, najedeš se a nema težine nikakve.

    HINT. Prije mariniranja skloniti opnu sa donje strane rebara. Ja se ne sjetih u mesaru da tražim da to mesar odradi pa sam se malo pomučio oko toga, ali vrijeđelo je

    Recept je bio sa junećim rebrima, a mogu mislit kako bi ovo čudo ispalo sa telećim rebrima. Vjerovatno bi se i kraće spremalo da se meso ne bi skroz raspalo.

    Žena sprema 6 od 7 ja neđeljom avetam sa receptima sa pinteresta. Tačnije, sa kumovima se jedino gledamo i onda jedne neđelje kum sprema druge ja. Vrh je fora, mada jes ljepše kad se ode u goste na ručak, doduše nije ni meni mrzno spremat ovako nešto
