    S obzirom da je dorucak bio jak i kvalitetan , danas kasni rucak a kad je kasni rucak onda se sprema nesto na brzinu i jednostavno.

    Makarone sa sirom ... zao mi je sto svaki put zaboravim da ih slikam i postavim sliku . Kako sam zivio sam par godina to mi je bilo jedno od ultra jednostavnih i brzih jela za spremiti kad ne znam sta cu da jedem . Cisto hint ... prokuvane makarone, sir prije nego se ubaci u makarone potopiti u mlaku vodu jedno 5-10min i ostalo znate ... udrobi se sir i mijesa dok se sve fino ne sjedini (naravno svo vrijeme na ukljucenoj ringli/ploci)... Sto se tice sira zadnje dvije godine za makarone a cesto i za jelo kupujem isljucivo ZLATARSKi SIR u Nas Diskont ... nikad do sad nije bilo greske ali nikad . Rasteze se kao zvaka (ono pravo) nije preslan a nije ni pre pre mastan ... ko voli neka proba ovaj sir i ovaj recept

    Uhhh kako se nariljah pasulja i rebara, disat ne mogu. Ima da se izvrnem ka vepar ostatak dana.

    Ne bih dobar pasulj mijenjao za sva fensi jela na svijet.

    Što može bit ako biftek ima jak miris, nije to miris truleži nego ne znam kako bih objasnio, ka na baljegu miris, štalu ako me razumijete Poznanik me zvao juče veli stiglo mu tek zaklano mlado fino june, 2kg bifteka ima, ako ću da uzmem kilogram ja, kilogram on, može reko. Boja mi se učinje dobra ali miris baš jak, kao na đubrivo, ne znam kako bih opisao.

    Stavismo ga u marinadu juče i spremismo ga (žena nije htjela probat zbog tog mirisa) a ja opalih jedno 400gr i bješe baš dobar, nije bio žilav, baš po mom meraku al opet sa onim šmekom na koji nisam navikao nešto do sad, a jes mi poznat, vuče na domaće nekako...

    Evo kako je izgledao, dako preteknem...

    Iz perspektive mesa stvarno ne bi komentarisao. Ali sto se ribe tice u zadnje vrijeme svaka peta lovljena riba se osjeca na hlor. I to bas toliko da ne moze da se jede. E sad svi znamo da na kvalitet mesa i ribe utice ishrana istih, zato mislim da pored svih domacih proizvoda i dalje smo nacija koja jede najzatrovaniju hranu. E sad da li od industrije ili neceg drugog druga prica.
    Ono sto ocu da kazem da se, nazalost kod nas nema vise sto zdravo pojest.
