    U verige sipaš bijelo vino (rizling), peršuna, bijelog luka i mušlje, na jakoj vatri 10 min. do maksimalno 15 min. Koja se ne otvori vjerovatno nije dobra. Jedeš ih uz marinadu i limun. Ja ih tako najčešće spremam, ima i drugih načina, ali što jednostavnije to bolje

    Najjednostavniji i po mnogima jedan od najboljih nacina je . U serpu ne stavis nista , zagrijes je dobro i u nju izrucis muslje . One ce se odmah otvoriti ( uvjek pravilo skoljka koja je svjeza otvorena a kuvana zatvorena nije dobra ) i pustiti vodu . Tako se krckaju desetak minuta u svom sosu . Cak ni soli ne treba .
    Naravno moze da se sipa i malo brasna da se zgusne ( ko voli da umace kao ja )

    Ovu temu obraza mi ne valja otvarat. Večerao sam prije pola sata, otvorih temu, svakakve slike i sad sam opet gladan..

    Maslinovo ulje , bijeli luk , paradjz pire ..
    bijela samo plus bijelo vino minus pire .
    Nikako crni luk ( tako kazu dalmatinci bar )

    E manijače stari. Jel ovo pred polazak?

    Mušlje..za prvi put nije loše.
    Malo maslinovog ulja, pa bijelog vina, pa onda mušlje kad se ovo zagrijalo.Dok su se otvorile napravio sos od tanko sjeckanog svjež2g paradajza, bijelog luka i bosiljka. Dodato i malo limuna. Dodao sos, promiješao i kuvalo se još nekih 5 minuta. Zaboravismo prezlu ili brašno i onda nam je ona tečnost bila dosta rijetka. Plus smo prije spremanja dodali više vina u sebe nego što je trebalo, pa je onda i u lonac usuto više nego što treba.

    @extravaganca Nije, rođo došao na ljetovanje pa riješismo da obrnemo nešto. Jutros bili do koleginog strica na selo da odaberemo jare. Kako ga meštar odra za mješinu, svaka mu čast

    Nešto novo za prvi put nije loše

    Black beans burger uopšte neje loš


    Za dezert ima voćna salata i/ili modifikovana pijesak torta samo se zeznuh trebala sam manji obim pleha uzet zato fotka niš' previše je flat look

    Uh, jedan fil je bio sok od jabuka prokuvan pa dodat puding od vanile + kokos i to je top može solo da se jede, ovi ostali kremovi su mi too much.

    Pa može se reći mada idu dva jaja, odličan je stvarno. Konzerva crnog pasulja se ocijedi, doda crni luk, kašika pesta, dva štapa celera, dva jaja, kašika senfa, so, biber, aleva, korijander, kurkuma (po receptu može i dvije kašike grčkog ili nekog trapista/čedar) i na kraju za zgušnjavanje dodaš prezlu (što ja nisam imala trenutno pa stavih psilijum).

    Danas neki morski plodovi u bijelom sosu, ubistvo. Prije neki dan sam radio najveci kulinarski izazov u zivotu. Neku piletinu u crnom vinu. Sjajno je to bilo.
