    Najjednostavniji recept koristim:

    Luk sitno sjeckan, po želji. Ja stavim kao na slici, 2 glavice srednje veličine. Proprži se u ulju na blagoj vatri, dok ne porumeni. Dodam onda alevu i nju malo propržim sa lukom (danas sam stavio ljutu alevu, jer su mi tast i tašta bili na ručku).
    Meso: juneći but ili ruža, oko 900 gr je bilo za danas. sitno sjeckano, onda malo uvaljam u brašno. Ubacim i prodinstam, dok promijeni boju. Krčkam uz malo vode 10-15 minuta, usput dodam začine: so, biber, ruzmarin, lovorov list (travke po želji). Dodam vodu, da jedva prelije meso, i zatvorim lonac. Kuva se 45 minuta. Raskuva se samo tako u loncu. Kad završi po želji može se dodati kašika brašna razmućena u malo vode, da dobije na gustini, i to je to. Ako se dodaje brašno, treba da prokuva još 5-6 minuta.

    PS, solidarišem se sa ženom, iz zdravstvenih razloga treba mjesec dana da jede laganu, dijetalnu hranu, a i svakako bi valjalo iznenaditi želudac malo pa reko' što da ne.

    Ovdje se dobra bucana radi

    Evo mojih danasanjih delikatesa:

    1. Riblja corba(oslic, brancin, tuna, sargarepa, paskanat, crvena paprika silja, paradajz, chilly, crni i bijeli luk, biber, aceto balsamico, bijelo vino, lovor, persun)

    2. Portobelo gljive na susamovom ulju pavlaci i dimljenom krem siru

    3. Karamelizovana sargarepa sa ruzmarinom i soja sosom

    4. Gambori na maslacu, bijelom luku i limunu

    5. Brancin u pek papiru samo posoljen i napunjen kriskom limuna i grancicom ruzmarima

    A pogrešan ste utisak stekli, pominjao sam na nekom topiku, rijetko što ne volim da jedem. Npr. boraniju obožavam, dobro, mora bit tu i malo mesa kuvanog, jelte... :biggrin:
    Uglavnom, ne pada mi ova laganija hrana sad teško, danas bješe neka čorba u kombinaciji brokula i karfiola, jutros piletina Verde iz Sicilije (spanać, riža i sjeckana piletina, možda i jedino što je tamo extra)

    Ne bješe slika, biće sjutra...

    Mozda nije nesto na slici, ali je preukusno.
    Dinstana teletina I pire krompir. Ja volim kad se ovako malo pri kraju ufati korica na nju, da nije skroz ono ko kuvana.
