    Ko ide kolima ka Mojkovcu iz pravca Kolašina, na onoj pravini dje uvijek imaju sa obje strane tezge, e sa lijeve strane ima kao jedna kućica i bukvalno je to prvo mjesto na kojem se krtola prodaje (kad ides iz pravca Kolasina, a iz pravca Mojkovca je sa desne i poslednje mjesto i jedino on ima kao trafikicu drvenu) tu čiča prodaje svoj krompir kad god prodjem kupim po 20 ili 30 kg ....ima crveni, zuti i imao je bijeli do skoro znaci ne znam koji je bolji! Bijeli je bio za raštan ubijanje!!! I za przenje san! Pojeli su ga začas! Crveni przim mada je odlican za sve kao i zuti.

    Na velikooj pijaci iliti Gintaš ima jedan momak tačno preko puta cvijeća mu je tezga, onako poveliko mjesto....ima i kisjelog kupusa i salate sve mu zena pravi i ima odlican krompir sa sjevera gore....ja odinama kod njega kupujem pasulj, krompir, luk, šargarepu s sjevera, cveklu (tako nsocnu nigdje niejsam kupila) i kupus za kisjeljenje (često i kisjeli kupus kupim, dok moj ne stigne, odlican je, preporucujem!)

    E trenutno na pijaci na Starom- Forum ona mladja žena koja ima sjajnu robu i najvise tezgi, znači kad se udje na ulaz prvi do France samo pravo, njena je i prva tezga sa vocem i naredna dje se povrce i ona naredna sa paprikama i svime...e ona trenutno ima fenomenalan krompir.

    Jede mi se nešto rolat od svinjetine, koje je meso najsočnije za tu rabotu, vidim da se koristi i but i las kare i vrat ?

    Bili su Planu, svinjski i teleci, da ne razmisljas, samo stavis da se pece. Bili su bas dobri prije, ne znam sad, nisam odavno uzima.

    Laskare ti je suv,on ti ne ide. Najkvalitetnije od but(šol ili frikando),a moze i vrat proci ako se skine masnoca sa njega tj da mesar dobro obradi

    Pa e i meni se čini da je laskare presuv za tu rabotu, taman ću but zapeć Što preporučujete da se uvalja unutra, nešto ne bih slanine i sira stavljao, čini mi se prejako to no sam mislio samo sa bijelim lukom, eventualno šampinjonina.

    Obično se stavi mrkva, paprika crvena, kiśeli krastavac.

    Ne znam imaju li Goranovići mesaru u Pg, u ovu u Nk spremaju vrhunski svinjski rolat.

    Jutros dobih na poklon domaće 2kg masti, 20jaja i četiri tapa kobacise.
    Pravac kući nema nikog do 4 sata.
    Doručak domaća jaja prena na mast, kobasica pravo suva da se jede bez grijanja + sir, ne znam za sebe.

    Za ručak ću opet da se umetrim, pripremio dva bataka, jednu mukantnu tikvu i malo krtole, malo sve to umastio i sad ubačio u poret.

    Ako ena bude pitala osjeća li se ovo mast ne bih joj prizna da me kolje

    Ovo je napravio moj drug, najveci poznavalac i fanatik kojeg poznajem, sto se burgera tice.
    Momak ne samo da uziva da ih jede, nego uziva i dok ih pravi.
    Vi ne biste vjerovali koja je to strast dok ih pravi...

    Troslojni. Sam je napravio ljudi sos, od 10 sastojaka, izmedju ostalog, neki cili sa tartufatom.
    Lepinja po porudzbi, ne moze se kupiti.
    Pasenog mu drzi jedan novootvoreni restoran u pg i od njega je uzeo neke profi lepinje.
    Meso je cista junetina, ne znam koji dio, iskljucivo jednom samljevena, da bi bila rastresita, kako on kaze....

    Ljudi, ovo je savrsenstvo!
