    Moj savjet je da potražiš mišljenje specijaliste da snimiš kičmu obavezno ako to doktor bude insistorao,kao medicinski radnik mogu ti reći da te povrede nimalo nisu bezazlene ako se zapostave!

    Ovo sto ti kolege kazu, snimak obavezno a do tada po mogucnosti strogo mirovanje. Ljetos me bilo presjeklo, al rekoh nije to strasno
    primicu one blokade i proci ce, i tako sam ti ja isao na posao pod blokadama u nadi da ce proci dok vise ni one nisu pomagale. Na kraju morao sam da napustim posao i 4 mjeseca nisam mogao nikuc zato sto se to bilo upalilo. Diskus hernija je bila u pitanju, rece doktor da sam odmah kad me presjeklo odmorio nekoliko dana vjerovatno mi nebi trajalo 4mjeseca.

    Ok je sasvim ako ti vise odgovara i ako si hidriran, samo imaj u obziru da je masu bitnije unijeti protein sto prije nakon treninga nego ako si vec doruckovao

    Da li je bitnije jesti proteine prije ili nakon treninga?
    Zar ne treba tijelu odredjeno vrijeme da svari proteine, kako ih onda moze svariti brzo ako ih unesem nakon treninga?

    Ovo je ono sto svi zaboravljamo, nekome odgovara, a nekome ne. Radio sam fasting/autofagiju 10 dana, nijesam jeo od 21h do 13h, bio sam u deficitu. Nikakvi benefit nijesam osjetio niti brze mrsao nego inace, ali sam se zato osjeca ka goli ****. @Pasha sigurno odgovara ta dinamika i prija mu, sto ne znaci da ce svakome. U sustini sve se mora isprobati i naci neki optimum za sebe. Lijepo je procitati i znati kako stvari primjenjivati, ali je jedno teorija a drugo praksa i svi smo razliciti.

    Bitno je da imas 3-4 obroka tokom dana, zdrava nepreradjena hrana i 40-50g proteina po obroku. Nakon treninga neki brzi secer 100-200 kcal, banana najbolje legne i do 2 sata nakon treninga dobar obrok sa kompleksnim ugljenim hidratima, zdravim mastima i kvalitetnim proteinom (meso, riba, jaja). Sva filozofija, samo tesko pratiti svaki dan posebno kad si u deficitu.

    Imas ih danas na svaki cosak, sto se mene tice Srdjan Vukicevic, Nikola Tomovic(imas ih na istagram oboje), oboje su osvajali i osvajaju titule i dosta su uspjesni u tome...
