    Ja od 5 punih banki nisam pauzira chitavo ljeto,e danas bogami jesam,a i sjutra cu,jer uz terapiju za pritisak nema zezanja na 40 stepeni-

    Kod mene u teretani je max 100kg, i to mi je radna serija, x 10-12 ponavljanja, dosta pravilna forma i puna ekstenzija. Ne do nosa,ko sto ovi vuku, nego do grudi. Imao bih snage da povucem 130, jer sam nekad davno radioi vise na lat, ali tada sam biomladji i neiskusniji. Nisam dizac, tezine su za mene samo jedna od tehnika.

    Mozes vazda koju bucicu dodat na plocu da povecas kilazu, ako je lanac a ne sajla. Sa sajlom se ne bih igrao da pukne da se nagrdi coek.

    Ne moze,jer su neke fensi sprave, paje to oblozeno nekom plastikom, a u staroj teretani sam kacio teg od 20kg sa strane, samo provucem onaj klin kroz rupu u tegu i u tegu masine. Kidale su se sajle, nego ja nisam radio nikad iza glave, a razbijali su glave tako.

    Dobar ovaj kremasti jogurt 22g proteina, 8g uh i 0,4g masti na 200g. Ima ga u nas diskont.
    Lagan za pojest, nije kao onaj president.

    Ja trenutno koristim istekli.

    Po onome sto ja znam ne moze da skodi nikako jer je toliko suva supstanca da ne moze da se 'pokvari' (bakterije i sl.)

    Jedino sto moze da se desi je da vremenom postane manje efektan.

    Tako da ako ti tek sad istice a planiras da ga potrosis relativno brzo, ne bih se brinuo ni malo.

    Citam da je Ultimate nutrition bankrotirao, a da su zadnjih 4-5 godina bili u krizi...
    Ko zna sto sam pio zadnje 2 godine majcin sine...

    Mislim da si prebrzo popravio bez ako nemas 180kg. Veci dio od ta 3kg ce ti bit masti, sano lagano sa ishranom, da dobijes sto vise misicne mase, a sto manje masti.

    Dako ti se naljuti ka mene jedan drug. Tobos se zdravo hrani a ima drob i sala. Ja reko pogledaj u ishranu dje gresku pravis. To je veli genetika ja se odlicno hranim, dise nos. Hahaha Oprosti reko

    ovo je savjet za zdravu ishranu ka sto sam kazes, previse je 3kg za dvije nedjelje, a i strasno nezdravo, idealno je imat neki suficit od 200-500 kcal dnevno kako bi na nedjeljnom nivou dobijao 0.5-1 kg, to i ja radim trenutno, ide sporo, ali mi je cilj sto vise misicne mase da dobijem, za dva mjeseca jedva 3kg vise dobih, dnevni unos 3700 kcal kad treniram, 3300 kcl kad odmaram

    Treba se drzati fraze Shut upand train, nego eto nije covjek drvo, pa se prevaris. Dodje mi neki decko, znamo se zdravo za zdravo, i pita sta mu je najbolje za masu, sta bi drugo. Ja mu pricam o bazicnim vjezbama, slobodnim tezinama, naprednim pocetnickim tehnikama s kojim se gura masa, cak i o ishrani i svemu, sebi produzavam pauze zbog price, a ono na kraju ode na sajlu da radi izolacijske vjezbe. Samo omanuh glavom sebi za ukor...

    Da ne obesmisljavam topic, ima jedan vic iz teretane od danas. Kaze mi neki mali "Puno ti pijes vode." Kazem "Pijem koliko mi tijelo trazi, pijem kad sam zedan, ne pijem je radi kolicine." Kaze "E, a ja radim suve treninge." Pitam "Sta ti je to, druze, kakve suve treninge?" Veli "Ja ne pijem vodu tokom treninga, a izbacam dosta kroz znoj, pa tako dobijam na definiciji."
    Pa vi vidite drugari, sto se radi po teretanama nasim, kakvi su to napredni sistemi....
