    Sparco, ja bih, ali imam samo dvije bučice i vratilo, pa nemam previše izbora što se vježbi tiče.
    Tako mi se trening uglavnom svodi na:
    1. dan :
    *** 4 vjezbe za grudi ( 2 serije po 30 sklekova jedne vrste, 2 serije po 30 sklekova druge vrste, 2 serije po 15 razvlačenja bučicama, 2 serija po 30 benča s bučicama )
    *** 4 vježbe za biceps ( 2 serije po vježbi, 15 ponavljanja po ruci )
    *** 2 za triceps ( 2 serije po 20 ponavljanja jedna, druga 2 po 15 )

    2. dan
    *** Trbuh ( 3 serije po 10 donjih i 10 gornjih )
    *** Noge ( 3 serija po 15 čučnjeva, 3 serije po 6 ponavljanja ono spuštanje sa bučicama u ruci )
    *** Ramena ( 3 serije razvlačenja po 10, 3 serije arnodls pressa po 15 )
    *** Ledja ( Vratilo 13 dizanja, 4 ili 5 serija, kako kad )
    I to je to.. 3. dan odmor, i tako u krug. Bučice imaju po 10 kila, s tim što ramena i noge radim sa 7.5kg, ostalo po 10kg.

    Ne znam da li neko prati napredak top takmicara u bb, sad vidjeh na fb koliko je Branch napredovao - strashno.

    @Forever
    S obzirom na to koji broj ponavljanja radis u setove, davno si prevazisao tu vrstu treninga tako da ti predlazem da pocnes u teretanu gdje imas mnogo veci broj sprava i vjezbi. Trening sam podijeli koji ti najvise odgovara, ne mozes tu pogrijesit s time sto ne mozes radit svaki dan sve grupe misica jer u tom slucaju je ne moguce aktivirati sva misicna vlakna.
    Velike grupe misica su: Ledja, Grudi, Noge(kvadricepsi)
    Male grupe misica su: Trbusnjaci, Biceps, Triceps, Ramena, Trapez, Listovi, Podlaktica
    Tako da mozes kombinovat jednu veliku grupu sa manjom ili samo odradis vecu grupu jedan dan a drugi dan kombinaciju manjih. Pravilna tehnika, ishrana i dobar odmor su sve sto ti treba za napredak

    moze samo jedno pitanje ? juce uzeh onu gumu za stiskanje ,pa me interesuje jaca li zglob ,siri li saku ,koliko vremenski treba da bi se primijetio neki vec napredak

    pri cemu zbeka mora i tu znati koja veca sa kojom manjom, ako radis ledja povlacis tezine a to aktivira koji misic ? i ako guras bench aktiviras sta ?

    Nije bogami ovakav napredak odavno napravio, cak su i Dorian i ostali rekli da mu "hvali mesa" da bi napredovao, a ovdje se vidi da je najzad nasao nacin da doda mesa a ne pokvari formu.

    Koliko ga treba otprilike pit prije treninga neposredno ili jos ranije, i da li je dobro pit posle treninga odma duplu dozu?

    Prije treninga sa vodom, radi brzeg varenja, i pred spavanje sa mlijekom. Tako su mene naucili
    Iskljucenje mozga samo osta.

    ja sam ga pio oko 45 min prije treninga i odma posle treninga uz jelo i nikad s mlijekom, stalno s vodom, tako su mene ucili

    A posle treninga pretpostavljam da je najbolje sa mlijekom, i koliko bi valjalo prije treninga da ga pijem pola sata,sat? Jel iko narucivo preko ovih Slovenaca?
    Grundeljski kako se pokazao taj sistem konzumacije u praksi ?
    Takodje Raso jel ti takav nacin konzumiranja dao rezultate?

    Prije sam to pio kratko nesto i neredovno, pa cak i tako se pokazao neki pomak, nije nesto ali je bilo progresa. Prije neki dan sam uzeo novi protein, tu planiram da se pridrzavam pravila, dakle posle treninga sa vodom i prije spavanja sa mlijekom.
    Iskljucenje mozga samo osta.

    Pa mozda je bolje onda duplu dozu sa vodom posle treninga, a da ga ne pijem prije treninga onda? Oktagon mene je drug narucivo preko njih ranije tako da su slali za cg ali evo vidim da nas nema u listu zemalja, poslo sam im mail.
