    3 kg dodao od prvog maja(vjerovatno je kreatin odradio svoje ) .Popio sam skoro sav whey I maltodextrin.Mislio sam sad da uzmem myprotein gainer.Lakse je mnogo nego svaki dan mijesati protein ,ugljene hidrate ,pahuljice....Što mislite ?

    Uzmi cisti vej. Posle treninga smiksaj u blender 1-2 mjerice veja, 2 kasike dekstroze i 4-5 kasika ovsenih. I eto ti odlican gejner a jeftiniji. Ovo mozes i kao medjuobrok pit samo izbaci dekstrozu.

    Ja bih tako odradio. Mada u ovaj gejner sto si htio da kupih imas ovas i maltodekstrin. Ali posto maltodekstrin spada u slozene UH ali opet visok GI mozes i njega umjesto dekstroze. Uglavnom neces pogrijesit sto god od to dvoje da stavis.

    Ako tebe pare nisu problem. Ti kupi neki blend ili kazein za uvece i medju obrok. Glupo ti je bacat pare za gejner jer te secere vazda mozes unijet preko hrane .

    Nije mi novac problem.Mozes mi objasniti ako ti nije problem ,blend je pretpostavljam miks proteina ,a kazein je isto neki mlijecni protein koliko znam ?Oni se duže rastvaraju od whey-@ ? Njih umjesto whey-a u međuobroke i pred spavanje a whey da ostavim poslije treninga ?

    Tacno tako. Blend je najbolja opcija za izmedju obroka. Vej posle treninga a kazein pred spavanje. Ali sve ti to nece mnogo pomoc ako ti je iahrana losa. Mislim, izracunaj sam koliko proteina i uh i masti uneses tokom dana hranom, pa vidji koliko te je potrebno da dodas suplementacijom. Po meni suplementacija je potrebana samo oko trneinga. Sve ostalo hrana. Uvece posni sir umjesto kazeina +
    zdrave masti. Dobro ga zakomplikovasmo sad hahaah.

    Medjuobrok kad ne stizes spremiti,a pomenuo si da imas i whey i kazein.....pomijesas po pola mjerice wheya i kazeina,dodas malo badema ili ljesnika ili oraha...idealno

    Ne treba ti ni blend ni gejner,sto bi bacao pare.Licno gejner ne bih nikad uzimao,od UH tamo su masu prosti seceri to ti dodje onda isto kao Whey plus neki obicni seceri

    Kupih Myprotein Bcaa. Na prevod pise 1 mjerica 5g a na pakovanje 2 mjerice 5g.
    Isto tako i postotak aminokiselina pise drugacije. Na pakovanje pise L-leucin 42% Izoleucin 21% Valin 21%, a na prevod naski L-leucin 38% Izoleucin 19% Valin 19%.
