    Koja je trenutno cijena u Central point sto Zetagradnja nastavlja? Jer mi neko juce rece da je cijena u zgradama koje Kips gradi 1550, pa me zanima koja je ovamo

    Inace prcvarica od garsonjere na dosta bzvz mjestu preko 2000 kvadrat.

    Gledam skoro neki bzvz stan, stara gradnja.. jednosoban, 48 kvadrata, izdaje se 500e... Aloooooo, 500e!



    Gledam one stanove kod kruznog (ex-Lakovic) koji spolja izgledaju fino al' su praktični za q i jos je jako upitna gradnja raspalog Rasketica.. uglavnom kvadrat po 1700-1800e.. Bukvalno jos ima grubih radova, znaci nije zavrseno uopste a ta cijena..

    Onda gledam u izgradnji, na bzvz lokaciji po 1600e, tačnije od 1550e do 1650e zavisno id spratnosti i/ili orijentacije...

    Ovo je sve poslo u q.

    Jes, zato ih ne moze prodat bez zveka. Onamo ih za te pare moze prodat samo nekome ko oce pare da opere ili ako se budala neka upeca.

    Panorama Tivat, spavaca soba ima prozor koji gleda u dnevnu.
    Samo krevet moze da stane,prozor metar sa metar.
    Kaze luksuzan stan.

    A parking je posebna prica, tacnije nema ga.
    Mada, evo nova zgrada u Radanovicima 1.600 m2

    Cijene su tek pocele da skacu. Mislim da i globalno dizanje kamata (dal' ce da se desi i na kojem nivou je vec diskutabilno) nece spustiti cijene kod nas niti centa (na zalost), jer smo i dalje veoma prihvatljivi sa cijenama za pojedine (u poredbi sa recimo CRO).

    Meni ovo nudie za 97k kratko

    Stan 78m2, ali je od toga 26m2 terasa.

    Ne znam jel proao, drugi sprat od 4, ima lift i garau. Garano mjesto 7k.

    Kakva razlika na dva gradilista nova na s.aerodromu ( kod kruznog)
    Dadi kopa rupu i ceka kupce za tampon
    Bemax koji je vec postavio 4 krana i betonira.

    Poceli su u 5dana razlike
