    Tamo ona livada iza roki pistolata, tamo je po planu kola (plac u nastavku roki pistolata) e sad kako ce da rijese ulice onuda vidjet cemo jer trenutno izgleda da ce sve biti bez ikakvog reda i logike.

    Koliko zgrada na zabjelo, ja ne znam ko ce tu zivjet, ili ce za 2-3 godine kad se ovaj bum zavrsi, bit pola praznih stanova, i kirije pasti na 150e.

    tamo na zabjelo u iva vizina kralj je od jednosobnog stana napravio 2 studia )) i svaki iznamljuje po 250 eura ..... da nisam radio ne bi vjerovao

    Ono je bio baš lijep hotel, dosta je veliki, zelenilo, veliki parking, tamo su naši roditelji izlazili u tavernu . Nažalost, auspuh majstor ga je iznutra svega stukao i polomio
    Svakako, mislim da je cijena baš baš dobra.

    Naravno da je dobra cijena, sami parking je 7000m2, ne mora ugostiteljski moze i stambeni valjda. Dobro bi bilo neko nas to da uzme, da ne ode u bosanske ruke

    To je pod sporom.Zemljite na kom je sagrađen hotel nacionalizovan je,nasljednici porodice Acović dobili su spor na sudu,i odteta je u visini ove cijene od 4 mil.

    Vjeruj mi da je ogroman dio do mentaliteta, većina trai neku ekskluzivu, a ovo im je najblie budetu...

    P.S. Ako ko oće ba ekskluzivu, u Beogradskoj pod Goricu ima stančić od 130m2 na prodaju.
