    30 stepeni,sparno,prije skoro 2 sata,zgibovi,propadanja trbushni uz prethodno zagrijavanje i na kraju istezanje...poslednja serija zgibova skoro svaki otkaz,hm,malo hodam po ivici chini mi se,jer terapija za pritisak...

    Pola sata intervalnog treninga na kucno biciklo i pola sata-sat setnje napolje.

    Sa 92 na 88 za mjesec dana
    Idemo do 81-82

    Probajte piramidu na aspolutne po 3 zgiba i svaku petu seriju odradite 6, vas 3 se mijenjajte pa ko vise izdrzi. Posle toga probajte front lever 4 serije po 10, posle toga sklekove 4 serije po 30 sirokih, posle toga "njih" na razboj, 4 serije po 10, posle toga sklekove uske 2 serije po 15, posle toga razboj 8 serija po 15. Posle toga 4 serije sklekova u stoj, posle toga odmori 2 dana
    Najveće istine lakše ćeš dokazati ljudima životom no riječima.

    Preporuka za aplikaciju koja prati volume treninga, upise se sve sto se radilo i ona da da neki broj, pa sljedeci trening isto tako i da se vidi je li vise ili manje. Treba mi radi progressive overload, znam okvirno, ali da ispratim i tako.

    Ja koristim za iOS Fitbod app, doduse placa se ali vrijedi svaki cenat jer ima da podesis sve sto ti odg i onda ona racuna sve i odredjuje sledeci trening i sl…

    Danas po ovom zaropeku,tachno u 12h...a vode samo nalivaj,nikako nemojte hladnu tokom treninga,samo mlakastu.

    Moracu da mijenjam termin,ako ko ima zainteresovan za SW,slobodno neka se javi.
