    Plivanje je stvarno poseban sport, nijedna druga disciplina ne zahtijeva toliku izdrzljivost, za ovo treba spremcina samo takva.

    JUče ujutro noge:

    Noge:

    1. Čučanj u kavezu sa šipkom.
    2. Iskorak sa šipkom na vratu
    3. Elastična traka oko članaka, polučučanj, šipka na ramena, iskoraci u stranu.
    4. Bugarski čučanj
    5. Izdržaj uz zid.
    6. Za list podizanje na prste.



    Gluteus:


    1. Podizanje kukova sa poda, noge oslonjene na klupi.
    2. Frog thrust - spojiti stopala, na ledja i odizati kukove.
    3. Ekstenzija kuka, lat mašina, sajla dolje, odnoženje u stranu ili pozadi. Zanoženje.
    4. Donkey kick.

    To ti je dobra kondiciona baza ako pozelis da unaprijedis izgled muskulature, jer ako sa svojom tezinom picis toliko ponavljanja, ti ces u startu krenuti sa respektabilnim tezinama. Jer sklek je 60-70% potiska tjelesne tezine, zgibovi vuku jos i vise.

    Rasipas se mnogo brate, to su gigantske serije. koncentrisi to malo. Usredsredio se na tu zadnju seriju da bude blood and guts

    Grudi juce ravni bp, kosi bp, dips, razvlacenje na kontrakosom bp, razvlacenje na kosom bp, cross sajla pod uglom od 45. Abdomen, podizanje nogu na vratilu, podizanje nogu sa bencha, rimska klupa klasicni.

    Zagrijavanje 10ak min.
    Dizanje nogu ili kako sad to na eng nazvat pravilno,zaboravih taj fensi naziv...
    Chuchnjevi...
    Onaj zadrzaj ledjima na zid...
    Mali tegovi po 4kg,rad sa njiima jedno 5,6min.
    Sklekovi 30 kom odjednom
    Trbushnjaci isto 30
    Zgibovi,propadanja i trbushnjaci na razboju 3 serije.
    Istezanje 10ak min.

    Idealno da se makar 2 sata ukupno,sa brijanjem i tushiranjem, ne misli na trenutnu situaciju,sad se nabuca mesa i oriza dooobro i slijedi relax par sati...
    Prednost zivota u kuci,pogotovo u ovakvim situacijama!

    То је фин тренинг.

    Ја имам само бучице на располагању и то најтежа 15 kg.

    Морам гледати неки клип да ми дају идеју шта да радим кад сам већ у кућу затворен

    Cijepam vijaču sat vremena svaki dan bez odmora da vidim kakvi će rezultati biti posle mjesec posle 10 dana sam više nego zadovoljan

    Sto god da se radi dobro je, za malo ozbiljniji trening definitivno trebaju bucice. Moze se i sa tezinom odradit odlican trening, ali treba vise ponavljanja pa to smori.

    Zarazih se opet vec neko vrijeme unazad,sa preskakanjem konopa,ili shto bi Drile rekao ako hocete da budete u trendu-Jump rope
    E nishta bolje od toga za topljenje kalorija,posle napadnem palachinke ili tortilje,da ih ipak malo nadoknadim!

    Kanap je top. Ja ga isto preskacem sa kombinacom shadow boksa. Pocela je da me zebava ahilova tetiva, naceo sam je na peraja smrdeljava kad sam ronio i dokrajcih je sa kanapom.
