    U tiganju malo prodinstaš crnog luka na masti/ulju/maslacu (kako već voliš ili umjesto toga kao gore propržiš sitno sjeckanu slaninu (dimljenu ili pancetu) pa ti i ne treba ulje ona sama pusti mast, pa onda luka. Dodaš paradajz sosa, krčkaš to malo, dodaš spanaća (meni ostalo od ručka) može i blitva, začiniš kako voliš i na kraju ubaciš jaja koliko oćeš (ođe je bilo 2). Poklopiš da se krčka na tiho i provjeravaš povremeno ako oćeš da ti žumance bude sočno. Sve ukupno ne traje 15min (uslovno rečeno jer sam spanaća već imala pa je bilo brže, mada nije strašno i opran svjež ubaciti, skuvaće se). Uživati nakon što se malo ohladi jer se može fino ispeć jezik i nepca!

    O.t. danas sam sunčala lazanje sa brokulom i spanaćem. Lakše ih napraviti nego s mesom, manje lonaca za pranje, i više su "lajt".

    Od sad samo pratim Nigellu Lawson aka kako joj skinuh Božićni kolač sa pivom, cimetom i đumbirom sa sve postavkom



    Evo i recepta

    Kolač sa pivom, cimetom i đumbirom
    150 gr maslaca
    300gr zlatni sirup (pojma nemam šta im je to pa uzeh agavin)
    200gr smeđeg ili običnog šećera sve to pomiješati pjenačom u tiganju na ringli (na tihoj vatri) pa dodati
    250ml crnog piva i promiješati pa skloniti sa vatre i dodati
    300gr brašna T400
    2 kk sode bikarbone
    2kk cimeta
    2kk đumbira u prahu
    1kk klinčića

    U drugoj posudi umutiti 300ml vrhnja za kuvanje i 2 jaja pa dodati smjesi i sve zajedno pomiješati.

    Staviti u lim ili pleh sa pek papirom i peći na 170 stepeni - 45- 50 minuta.

    Bila sam vrijedna i probah da napravim kandirane pomorandžine kore...Stan mi prelijepo miriše, a one su preukusne, samo još da se sasuše dva, tri dana
    Pola kilograma kora držati u šerpi vode par dana, svakodnevno mijenjajući vodu ujutro i uveče (da se otkloni gorčina, a ja sam znajući da su prskane svim i svačim stavljala i sodu bikarbonu u vodu).
    Četvrti dan isjeckati na što tanje listiće, kuvati dok 'ključ ne udari, pa ostaviti dva, tri minuta, i tako nekih 8 puta.
    Nakon toga u šerpu ukuvati 250ml vode i toliko šećera, ubaciti korice i krčkati dok voda skroz ne ispari. Kad ne ostane ni kapi vode posuti ih po pek papiru na plehu i uvaljati u šećer. Ostaviti da se sasuše 2, 3 dana i služiti uz čaj, kao dodatak za kolače ili ih grickati uz ostale 'suvice'...
