    17kg prase, 10kg pečenja bilo, za slavu sad moju. Najveći dio otišao, a nije previše gostiju bilo. A prasetina je dio mesnog menija samo. Đe je momaka to prođe časkom. Uz rakiju kilo može pojest i dijete

    Druga stvar, prase od 10kg je žalost, to ne ide na ražanja, možda u neki pekač. Zečeva ima tolikih da se nađe

    Istog sam bio mišljenja ali vjeruj mi da npr. ova dimljena teleća ljuta iz Šahovića je ispala copy/paste ka' sa roštilja, fora je samo da se priga na tihu vatru, tj. na četvorku plafon.
    Pričam konkretno za nju, npr. iz Plane ćevap na tiganj nije ni blizu ka na roštilj - moje neko iskustvo.

    Po nalazima jedine strucne osobe u CG kojoj ja licno vjerujem,najmanje svega stetnog ima u mesu sahovica i ljuljkovica,slijedi velika praznina pa ostatak mesnog lobija.

    Pa nije gurman postao na pastrmci
    Usavrsio se covjek na rostilj.

    Ja za ribu isto koristim ruzmarin i u voli ima neki posebni mix zacina za ribu.
