    ali nekim ljudima je tijelo fragilno i dosta im je da iscijepaju 2, 3 drveta da ih kičma ufati, da im se pokidaju ligamenti itd. nisu svi tvrdi, nekima se povrede od nepravilnog rada odmah manifestuju, a nekom tek kasnije, a nekome nikad, sve zavisi koliko je ko žilav, tako da ti ovaj moj post možeš svatit kao kompliment.

    a znam al eto radio je valjda fizičko u školu pa samo nek nastavi tako i povećava postepeno neće mu ništa bit

    danas uradih prvi apsolutni zgib, nije teško koliko se čini, više se bazira na tehnici i eksplozivnosti nego na snazi.

    Pa znaš što, on može da se radi na način na koji je rizičan za povredu, to je sa onim cimanjem ili ti kipping muscle up, ali imaš i strict muscle up koji je izuzetno težak, ali nema nikakvog cimanja.

    pa da bi naucio prvo radis kako ti je lakse, kasnije sa vremenom kako uspostavljas vecu kontrolu onda radis sporije i preciznije, ja tako radim ali nebih preporucivao svako me tako, jer ima ljudi sto su podlozniji povredama. Ja prije i obicne zgibove kad sam tek pocinjao nisam mogao da ih radim polako i bez cimanja, ali vremenom sam ih usavrsavao. Progresija je bitna za napredak, znas i sam.
