    Uh, zdebljao sam se, imam stomak, nisam se vagao...ali blizu 100, veoma blizu...mislim. Nije mi ovo idealno, ne osjecam se seksi mnogo...

    Eto vremena da se i ove bucke izvlace na karantin i vanredno stanje. Inace da nije toga sve ravan stomak do stomaka.

    Нпр ја 180цм 76кг , 11% масти. Мада ове бројеве стварно треба са резервом узети. Ове машине на које мјеримо су смеће. Ова на коју сам ја мјерио кошта 100$

    Bog te video, ima 10 godina da nijesam imao 100 kila zive vage.
    Sto dalje implicira da sam ispostovao ovu izolaciju do maksimuma, a jos sam radio, nego ajd, da se ne odvajam od porodice, sto dalje implicira da sam izgleda sa svima pojedinacno jeo. Magare.

    Poslije 6 ne jedem nista, mada se do 6 i ne pazim nesto pretrjerano,ali samo doruckujem i rucam, izmedju samo neka vocka.
    Alkohol nista.
    Forsiram voce, povrce, ribu...
    I setnja, svaki dan, a trcao sam u proteklom periodu samo 3 puta, po 7,8 km.
    Jos nekih 7 kg, i to je to od mene.

    Josh koju god se ...zezaj,pa cesh se dovest u red,iz iskustva,da,mada ja ni tada nisam imao problem sa kilazom,ali ljudima sklonim gojenju alkohol je neprijatelj no1.

    Ne znam jesam li sklon gojenju ali moje oscilacije su prevelike i boba ne valjaju.

    Zadnjih 10 i kusur godina u 'rangu' od 80kg pa sve do te 100-ke koja me vazda baci u nevEricu

    Eto sam na kraju septembra imao 82kg (https://forum.cdm.me/showthread.php?...75#post5203075) pa sam sad opet blizu te yebene 100-ke, 95kg tacnije.

    Samo sto je sad necu cekat' (100-ku) nego krecem sad ka dolje, ionako "kasnim" u odnosu na proslu godinu.

    Ljeti obicno nemam problema da za koji mjesec skinem tih 10-15kg ali zimi ne mogu kilazu odrzat' trika nema. Em manje fizicke aktivnosti em vise gowana na usta i rezultat je sasvim logican.

    evo i ja da se pohvalim, dvije nedelje, 5 kg manje! Idemo dalje, ovo je treća nedelja počela.
    Ja jedem po "receptu" nutricioniste (nijesam sad isla nego ranije pa sad samo primjenjujem to sto sam jednom primjenjivala) i to je bogami siromašno prilicno, sto zbog moje muanatosti (znaće Pg-čani ) što zbog dijete koja je poprilično restriktivna mada je učinkovita.
    Sovršenstvo tvorenija, tainstvene sile bože,
    ništa ljepše, nit’ je kada, niti od nje stvorit može!

    krenuo od prvoga marta sa 100, danas 93.3, vjezbao kuci sa bucicama u izolaciji, sad se skoro vratio u teretanu, planiram do 90 da se spustim, ali jbg, usporio se metabolizam pa se mora jos manje jesti, nemam problema sa kilazom na mojih 187, nego ocu ovu mast djaolju da maknem

    Баш агресивно губите кг. Није то добро, на дуже стазе. Боље речено неодрживо.
    Зато се и одмах удебљате опет .

    Samo neka nastave da se paze nakon dijete, i sve super.
    Meni je smiješno kad ljudi smršaju 20kg u relativno kratkom periodu, prestanu sa dijetom, za 10 dana dobiju 15kg, i onda kažu JO-JO efekat. Ali ovamo u pozadini svaki dan 300gr čokolade, po' kila sladoleda, 3 kese čipsa, sa sve željom da se nadoknade zaboravljeni ukusi!
    Samo nastaviti sa kontrolisanom ishranom i nakon dijete, i sve će biti kako treba..
    .
