Navodno je pratio meteo nešto podatke hoće biti kiše i to, možda jes ko će ga znati.Nego je bila nezgoda geografska širina i dužina đe se motao pa su ga sklonili za svaki slučaj.
Meni je i dalje nevjerovatno da su ovo balonasto čudo koristili u svrhe špijunaže ko ona gore bitka indijske i kineske vojske bukvalno vremeplov.

Da u eri interneta,kineskih radnji na svakom cosku , gomilom satelita pustiti meteroloski balon sa spijunskom opremom mora da su podcijenili amerikance da ipak nisu toliko neoprezni.
Kod nas da se pojavi bas me interesuje da li bi izasao na podgoricki vremeplov.....

Ima u onim radnjama sve za euro neko kinesko s*anje od balona a dobro sad su pojačali za 50 centi zbog skupoće,zapališ vatru a ono odleti no ne znaš đe će da sleti.
A što su tek maheri da kopiraju original i to,ono baš mi nešto urnebesno žao što im se neki tamo balon probušio.
I to je bio na takvoj visini da je mogao samo sebe da špijunira.

The Constitutional Court in 2013 ruled that the state language in Moldova is Romanian. At the same time, the country’s Basic Law states that the state language is Moldavian. According to the judges, the text of the declaration of independence of the republic, in which the state language is Romanian, prevails over the Constitution of Moldova. These changes have not been made to the country’s basic law. At the same time, the problem of the name of the language spoken by the inhabitants of Moldova remains one of the causes of tension in society.

Neobično oštar pristup novog kineskog ministra Qin Ganga na današnjoj konferenciji za štampu:

-Američka strana tvrdi kako žele nadjačati Kinu te da pritom ne traže sukob. No, u stvarnosti, američko tzv. natjecanje predstavlja opšte okruženje Kine i pritisak, "igru s nultom sumom" gdje ili živite ili umirete... Ako SAD ne stisne kočnice i nastavi se kretati ovom brzinom po krivom pravcu, nema tog branika koji će spriječiti prevrtanje - doći će, bez dileme, do sukoba i konfrontacije-.

Za razliku od prethodnih izjava kada se kineskim državnicima moralo čitati između redova, Qin Gang sve pojašnjava bez zadrške pa tako napominje kako je odnos Kine s Rusijom "bedem snage i stabilnosti" dok je pak odnos između Kine i SAD-a, zajedno s američkim saveznicima, "izvor napetosti i sukoba".
