    Default Mjesta gdje se dobro jede

    Bitrate takve su kobasice bile a sira nije bilo puno da budemo realni ali je baš bio lijep, kao i krompir (isjeckan na krugove). mada vjerovatno pošto je konobarica koja je radila u pub013 sada zakupac tj. drži lokal - računam da je to tako jer sumnjam da bi ona mijenjala ono što je valjalo..

    Aj reko da probam Markez (meksička hrana, isti vlasnik kao i Sicilije),naručih dvije porcije još i ostadoh gladan... Nisu neukusne ali ništa specijalno sad...

    Ovo lijevo je presavijena tortilja sa piletinom premazana naćos sirom, dvije vrste salse. Desno je Enchladas svinjetina, presaviujena tortilja premazana nacos sirom, servirana sa pirincem, pasuljem, kukuruzom i halapenjo paprikom.
    @Djuzla, smijesne su porcije, komforno sam mogao jos jednu porciju.

    Aj vidji pitaj tamo u minhen kako spremaju one kobasice u pivu.

    Nasao sam u Voli austrijske kobasice punjene sirom (vakumirane). Imaju ih u onom dijelu dje prodaju virsle i vakumirane kobasice.

    Jos samo da vidimo kako se spremaju u pivu.

    Przenje u tiganj 5-6 minuta i onda u vatrostalnu u kojoj je 2 glavice luka i casa piva pa u rernu jedno 20 minuta. Bile dobre, al ne ko u Minhen. Zato me interesuje kako ih spremaju.

    Odnosno, oni ih donesu izrezane pa me zanima prze li ih izrezane i kad i dje dodaju pivo i dodaju li jos sto (luk npr), ili ih naknadno rezu kad ih spreme.
