    Ovo ne izgleda gadno međutim ima posebnu metodu pripravke.

    Bakalar na norveški način.

    Između ostaloga suvi se bakalar lužinavi jakom bazama tokom pripreme i moraju se nositi rukavice kako bi se izbjegle hemijske opekotine.

    Lužine koje se upotrebljavaju su

    Treatment with lye — "luting"Instead of soaking stockfish in water only, adding an alkaline substance will cause the dried fish to swell into an even bigger size than what it was when fresh. The high alkalinity charges the muscle fibre proteins with positive electricity, making them repel each other and weaken their bond, resulting in a flesh with jelly-like consistency.
    Because of their strong causticity, great care should be taken when preparing and handling the following products and solutions made with them to avoid chemical burns and eye injuries. Carefully study the labels of each product package and follow the given instructions. Use dense protective gloves and do not use dishes or utensils made of aluminium or zinc because lye will corrode them. It is advisable to ensure proper ventilation too, since the preparations will emit a somewhat strong odour.
    The alkalinity can be created using various substances:
    . Mixture of ashes and slaked lime (= calcium hydroxide,Ca(OH)[SIZE=2]2[/SIZE])
    .
    Mixture of washing soda (= sodium carbonate decahydrate, Na[SIZE=2]2[/SIZE]CO[SIZE=2]3[/SIZE]10H[SIZE=2]2[/SIZE]O) and slaked lime (= calcium hydroxide, Ca(OH)[SIZE=2]2[/SIZE])
    . Lye/caustic soda (= sodium hydroxide, NaOH)

    Egzotične namirnice ne moraju biti gadne ili čudne, mogu biti jednostavno preskupe.

    Nešto bliže. Evropa, tačnije nordijske zemlje, dom patuljaka, elfa i vikinga koje svi volmo iz filmova i videoigara. Dom bogova ratnika i pive. Da vidimo koliko oni egzotično jedu.

    Ima, ja sam ga vidio par puta po ovim velikim samoposlugama, kao dio kolekcije začina (ali zanimljivo nikad samostalno). Mada su ti kompleti pomalo skupi.

    Smatra se da su Hunze ponovo otkrili Zapadu upravo hipici, koji su lutali 70-ih godina Azijom u potrazi za istinom i egzotikom. Štaviše, popularisali su ovo mjesto toliko da čak i obične kajsije Amerikanci danas zovu Hunza kajsije. Međutim, "djecu cvijeća" ovdje nije privukla samo istina i egzotika, već i indijska konoplja.
    Jedna od glavnih atrakcija Hunza je lednik koji se širokom hladnom rijekom spušta u dolinu. Na mnogim terasastim poljima, uzgaja se krompir, povrće i konoplja, koju ovdje ne samo da puše već je dodaju kao začin jelima od mesa i supama.

    Oaza mladosti: U dolini rijeke Hunza stanovnici žive i 120 godina
    Zelim vam samo jedno, a to su dvije stvari: "rad, red i disciplinu".

    Default Mačke, psi, crvi, žabe, skakavci, zmije, konji

    Put vas nanese u neku od bližih ili daljih zemalja. Ljudi tamo imaju i drugačije gastronomske navike i ukuse nego u mjestu odakle ste.

    Zabe sam probao u CG, kao i supu od kornjaca i corbu od vjeverice... Djed me ucio sta su jeli kad su bjezali od talijana, njemaca i cetnika. Kornjaca ima ukus kao malo starija jagnjetina a zabetina bas lagano meso, po malo na tunu me podsjeca teksturom. Vjeverica kao suva bravetina

    Krokodilovina ima ukus izmedju piletine, ribe i oktopusa nije mi se bas svidjelo ali zato kengurovina 100% protein i 0% masti, kao pasteticu da jedes prelijepo.

    ^ah brate...

    Jedan prijatelj je poslom bio nedje na istok u o neku od ovih dimo se vi zemalja i veli uvece nesto da veceraju,odose u nesto tipa nacionalni restoran,pri ulazu nekakvi kavezi sa majmunima,ludilo.
    Otvara meni,konsultuje se sa konobarom sto je sto, i za neko jelo ga priupita sto je ,veli konobar da je to zivi mozak majmuna.
    Tresnu majmuna,otvore mu lobanju ka orah,prospu mu mozak,stave ga na pjat i donesu ti.

    Jeli,odlaze,jedan kavez prazan.
