If you want to say "foot", I guess it would be right to use "on" preposition.
    I mean "on foot"

No, just one of them is correct. You can't say WALKING IN FOOT.
The only way walking is ON FOOT.

Dude, "Do you know how much I'm not interested in that?" is the sentece he's using everyday, on every single season of Top Gear, so, again, go and tell them that they're wrong.

Man, come on, calm down. This is not going to add inches to your d1ck.

In USA nobody gives a hot shit about grammar or stuff like that because it's not your language.

in both usa and britain many people don't care about grammar, but once you start to write you should follow the rules.
Jack Nicholson said (to a chinese dope dealer): Because in this country, it don't add inches to your dick, you get a life sentence for it.
I'm confident that you know english better than him.

The prices are way to high. 400 000 and more in Montenegro hahahahahaaaaah.
Except when the apartment/house is in the old city like innerwall-oldcity- kotor or budva. Everything else is way to high if its normal brick build with or without fasade.
The prices shouldnt be much higher than in Podgorica. Because even its on the sea, its a small town with not so much going around during the rest of the year like in PG.

For this 600 000 and more i would buy in italy or france or mayorca(even if spain, its not deserted because its like more germans than others). For 600 000 u could buy a house near a big city like Berlin/Munich/Vienna.
But the most important thig would be if you/tourists(from money making coutries like france, germany, england, northern europe...) can come cheap and fast to the destination where your house is. The chances are better that you will fly way cheaper and faster(beacause no long bus-rides) to turkey/antalia or some cheap greek island than to montenegro. TIME=MONEY

yes last years there was a serious overpricing of all montenegro estate market. its all coz of Russian investors i think.
coz when destination Montenegro was not so popular like Turkey or Egypt in russia the prices here were amazing, like for 20k euros you could buy small flat, it was a good investment, but this days, i think we will very soon face the same situation that US had with Florida prices some time ago, the development companies will be forced to seriously reduce the prices becouse they will be needed to pay their obligations to creditors and all prices will go down. i think good 200-250 sq. m. house with good interior max price here must be 200k

So who's making you buy it here? First, you're talking nonsense, how can Podgorica to be similar in price as the coast? Surely the same is to live in Konik and Sveti Stefan :/. Prices have fallen a lot and the real economic situation, what are you looking at old ads from 2008 is another story, as I've sent a very directed, the prices are at the moment more than favorable.
