DBS Therapy for Parkinson's control helps reduce some of the symptoms of Parkinson's disease and is used in conjunction with medication. Electrical stimulation is delivered to targeted areas on both sides of the brain to help relieve symptoms on both sides of the body. You may be a candidate for this therapy if your symptoms respond to levodopa, but levodopa and/or other medications have become less effective or ineffective.

During DBS Therapy, a small, pacemaker-like device sends electronic signals to an area in the brain that controls movement. These signals block some of the brain messages that cause annoying and disabling motor symptoms.
The device is placed under the skin in the chest (not in the brain). Very thin wires connect the device to your brain to enable the signals to reach the source of your symptoms.

The DBS system consists of three components:

• The lead- (also called an electrode)—a thin, insulated wire—is inserted through a small opening in the skull and implanted in the brain. The tip of the electrode is positioned within the targeted brain area.
• The extension- is an insulated wire that is passed under the skin of the head, neck, and shoulder, connecting the lead to the neurostimulator.
• The neurostimulator- (the "battery pack") is the third component and is usually implanted under the skin near the collarbone. In some cases it may be implanted lower in the chest or under the skin over the abdomen.

Ta glupača je teška preko 250 meleona . Ne vidim da joj je pamet nešto koristila

Imam jednog prijatelja po ovom kalupu.
Natakne neki kristal na satelitsku antenu, uperi u nebo i pušta neke frekvencije da brani grad od vanzemaljaca koji se kriju u oblacima.
Možda su taj njegov signal uhvatili u Bosni?

Pa i meni je ovo isprva djelovalo glupo, ali ako je istina ovo što priča (ne vidim razlog zašto bi lagao) da su više naučnika iz raznih krajeva svijeta u više navrata dolazili sa mjernim instrumentima i dobijali iste rezultate, onda tu sigurno postoji nešto, druga je stvar što možda nema neko ko je recimo na nivou nikole tesle da sve to razumije i smisleno uokviri naučnom teorijom.

Propaganda se uvijek isplati, posebno u ovo vrijeme. Ako ćemo da se bavimo naukom, onda samo dolaze u obzir pisani radovi gdje se vidi ko je mjerio, šta je mjerio, sa kojim instrumentima i koja su mjerenja. I te radove treba da objave, prođu reviziju i tek onda se mogu gledati ozbiljnije. Do tad je sve pseudo-nauka.
